Minutes Archive

Written minutes from each meeting of the TRS Board are reviewed at the following meeting and are posted within one business day following their approval.

Up to 3 years of approved minutes and other meeting materials are provided in the expanding sections below.

Older minutes may be obtained in one of three ways:

1. search archive.org
2. contact TRS for minutes not yet available at archive.org, or
3. submit a public information request.

Since July 2015, Montana statute has required public boards to post audio or video recordings of public meetings online. TRS board meeting videos are uploaded to the Montana Teachers' Retirement System channel on YouTube for convenient streaming.
